Date: March 23, 2020 To: Customers, Suppliers, Partners and Employees From: Executive Management Team Subject: COVID-19 Update – Service guarantees At this time, as the COVID-19 coronavirus continues to be a fast-moving and evolving issue, we are working diligently to take the steps to protect our customers and employees. Due to these circumstances as of March 23, 2020 ICS Courier has temporarily suspended service guarantees until further notice. We will continue to do everything possible to maintain service commitments and ensure the safe delivery of shipments. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you in advance for your patience, support and trust.

Internet Explorer Support Ending
March 17, 2021

Internet Explorer will no longer be supported by ICS Courier effective April 2021. We recommend upgrading to one of the latest browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox. If you choose to continue to use Internet Explorer, you will experience limited functionality and unusable pages. ICS Courier will be implementing an upgrade to our security protocols in April 2021. In April 2021 we will only support TLS version 1.2 and newer (TLS 1.2 is the current standard). Please ensure that TLS 1.2 is enabled on your web browser.
